How long does a phone repair take?+
Most phone screen + battery repairs are same-day — often under 60 minutes while you wait. Complex board work may take 24–48 hours with your approval.
Do you use original (OEM) parts?+
Yes — we default to genuine or OEM-grade parts. If a repair needs aftermarket we'll call you with the price difference before we fit it.
What if my repair breaks again?+
Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on the part + our workmanship. Bring the device in and we'll diagnose and re-repair free.
Do I need an appointment?+
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking online gets you priority in the queue + a firm turnaround.
Can I track my repair online?+
Yes — every ticket has a /track link sent by SMS + email the moment we receive it.
